Delivery Methods

  1. SF Express Service Center Pickup
  2. Local Hong Kong Delivery (Estimated delivery time: 3–7 days)
  3. In-Store / Office Pickup (By prior arrangement and confirmation only)

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard delivery on all orders of 3 items or more.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: Flat rate of HK$25 for orders under 3 items.
  • Delivery Time: Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days following order confirmation (excluding the order placement date and public holidays).
  • Delivery Area: We currently deliver exclusively within Hong Kong and do not offer overseas shipping at this time.

  2. Third-Party Delays: Pearl Power Research Institute Limited is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services or customs procedures.
  3. Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Any additional courier fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses will be borne by the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

Inspection Period & Returns

  • 7-Day Inspection Period: If you need to request a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Required Information: Please provide your Name, Order Number, Contact Phone Number, Item(s) to Return, and Reason for Return with supporting photos.

  • Important Notice: The 7-day inspection period is provided solely for verifying whether the product meets your order requirements and does not constitute a free trial period.

Return Eligibility & Conditions

  • Eligible for Return: Returned products must be unused, free from non-defective damage, and retained in their complete original packaging.
  • Ineligible for Return: Requests submitted after the 7-day inspection period.
    Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by human action (e.g., stained, faulty, or worn).
    Products with damaged or incomplete original packaging, missing receipts, or missing accessories.
    Malicious or excessive return requests. 

Return Process

  1. Step 1: Contact customer service via email with your Order Number and Reason for Return.
  2. Step 2: Receive return authorization and detailed return instructions upon review.
  3. Step 3: Ship the item(s) back to our facility according to the provided instructions.
  4. Step 4: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued directly to the original payment method.
  • Return Shipping Fee: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • Original Shipping Fee: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: Pearl Power Research Institute Limited will cover all shipping costs and offer either a replacement product or a full refund.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please process a return and place a new order.
